Brace yourself Preston! Scared Money Records is an independent UK based record label, founded in 2021, specializing in raw, analogue-focused jungle and soundclash inspired dance music. Founded in the South West of England, the label channels the rebellious energy of 90s jungle through limited run vinyl releases, cassette mixtapes, and exclusive digital drops.

Since its debut in 2021 with SMR001 by Iller Instinct, Scared Money has cultivated a global roster including artists like 16AJ, Jamin Nimjah, Sariuo, Andrey HoT, Myriad, Joe It All, and more. ILLER INSTINCT

Iller Instinct is a respected jungle artist and label boss of Scared Money Records, where he has established his reputation for delivering raw, clash-ready jungle tracks. His debut on the label came in mid‑2021 with SMR001, a gritty three‑track 12″ (“Return Fire,” “Agony,” and “Granite”) pressed in a limited run of just 300 vinyl.

Iller Instinct's work is firmly rooted in

authentic soundclash/jungle aesthetics - He brings energy, heavy drums, rugged breaks, and dubplate inspired samples. Tracks like "Hey Mambo" flip unexpected sources into frenetic dancefloor weapons

SARIUO

Sariuo is a UK-based jungle producer and DJ whose music fuses deep roots in classic 90s jungle with a forward-thinking, high-energy sound. Emerging from Dorset, he’s become a recognized name in the underground scene, releasing tracks through influential labels like UK Jungle Records, Scared Money, and Monkey Business Soundsystem. His productions are known for their skatty amen breaks, heavy basslines, and ragga influences, as heard in standout releases like the Dubplate Outlaw EP, featuring tracks like "94 Style" & "Rinsin' Sound"
