Spite Fences are a New York riot grrrl band who wear the label proudly — their own bio leads with it. The project runs on feminist, women-forward DIY punk energy: shout-along choruses, driving drums, and distorted guitars, confrontational but built for the crowd to yell back. They've been gigging steadily around Manhattan and Brooklyn's small rooms.
